Family
My
wife and I have been blessed with three wonderful children:
Jacinth (prounounced
jay-synth),
Andrew, and
Amelia. You can find photos of our familiy on the
photo album and can catch an occasional home video on the
video album.
Servant Leadership

In all areas of my life, I strive to be a servant leader. The term "servant leader" was first coined by Robert Greenleaf but the concept has been around much longer. I believe Jesus Christ is the greatest example of servant leadership. I strive to become more like Jesus in my day-to-day life.
Life-Long Learning
I currently hold a Master's degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) and am working toward a Doctorate in Business Administration (D.B.A.). My desire is to take scholarly research and theoretical ideas and implement them in business and personal practice. I believe in life-long learning and want to help others grow and learn.
